sein.architektur is a young architectural firm in Lübeck that perceives architecture holistically and creates individual, consistent concepts. The young office was founded by the architects Ilka Jensen and Jovana Jagodic, who have lived and worked in Lübeck and Hamburg since 2013. Over the years, they have worked on a wide range of projects in several offices, developing a professional experience that defies specialization to cover all types of work and projects related to architecture and interior design. By founding their own office, the architects have decided on a common path that gives them the opportunity to fully live out their passion for architecture.

Sein.architektur moves away from artificiality and tries to give each project its own unique soul through the honesty of the space. The goal is to use creative and positive architecture to create living spaces from which people can draw strength and in which they can feel close to themselves. In addition to the minimalism that the architects pursue, they strive for an architecture that advocates timelessness. The architects are committed to calm architecture with clear lines. The balanced whole is always in the foreground. Sein.architektur stands for honest architecture, ready to withstand the passage of time, free of leftover and artificial elements, as well as time-tested and respectful of a changing context.

Architecture is more than just constructing buildings. It creates identity and belonging. It gains power when it communicates with people and the people build emotions towards their buildings. People are at the center of architecture and so in every task we follow the idea and desire that architecture must interact with people, the place and its task. Each building or project is viewed individually and its uniqueness tells its own story - not to impress anyone, but to create an atmosphere in which people can simply be human and develop optimally.
